Work
Real projects, told in detail.
We’d rather show than claim. Here’s how a few projects played out: what the client was after, how we integrated it, and what it changed for their teams.
End-to-end automation of the applicant and resident journey
- The context
- Château d’Orquevaux is an international artist residency that welcomes creators from all over the world. Its strong visibility — over 130,000 followers on Instagram — generates a high volume of applications that need to be handled with precision.
- The challenge
- Structuring and automating the entire journey, from application through payments and stay preparation: a form of more than forty questions, and a fine-grained decision model to route each profile according to its situation, its progress and availability.
- What we did
- An automated CRM and marketing system that handles applications, statuses, follow-ups, emails and payment stages — creating and updating Stripe checkouts based on the information the applicant selects. The whole thing run in English: emails, workflows and advanced conditional logic.
- The result
- A largely automated system that removes close to 2,500 manual emails a month while keeping a personal relationship with the artists — dozens of hours saved each week, on a complex journey where every detail counts.
CRM / ERP sync and sales management
- The context
- Chefcheffe is a French success story, growing fast, built on a simple, elegant idea: bringing the best of French products to corporate events.
- The challenge
- With rising order volumes and a multi-site operation, the team needed a clear, reliable view of its activity — linking real orders, opportunities, client exchanges and management metrics, on the CRM side as well as the ERP side.
- What we did
- A bespoke non-native development to sync order volumes from the ERP with the CRM, and to tie that data to interactions run by phone and email. In-depth work on reporting: revenue, orders, cancellations, key accounts, sales tracking.
- The result
- A system that’s clearer, more reliable and aligned with operational reality: reps know what was sold, when and for which client; managers get a clear read on activity.
CRM structuring for a complex investment model
- The context
- Eqnx is a venture capital fund run by a young, experienced team. The need: a CRM able to faithfully represent the complexity of their activity, without artificially simplifying their processes.
- The challenge
- Modelling the relationships between every party in a deal — companies, investors, intermediaries, key contacts, transactions — with a clear distinction between a deal and a transaction, and association labels that precisely qualify each party’s role.
- What we did
- A bespoke CRM architecture, built to reflect the way they actually work: opportunity tracking, structured relationships between objects, and a clear read of each case’s context.
- The result
- A model that has proven itself over time: the team runs its activity with more clarity, reliability and precision, while keeping the nuance demanded by a business where relationships and roles are constantly shifting.
“Outstanding support. Léo helped us set up and implement our HubSpot CRM. We’re delighted with the result! He took our complex constraints and processes into account to carry through this project, which is critical to our business. Léo was more than up to the task — I recommend him without hesitation!”
Connecting Shopify B2B with sales activity
- The context
- L’Expressionniste is a young, fast-growing e-commerce business. The company chose Shopify B2B for its professional orders, with the added need for a CRM to structure and track its real sales activity.
- The challenge
- Connecting the e-commerce activity to the reps’ day-to-day work — with particular attention to Shopify draft orders, used as real quotes to move through a sales funnel.
- What we did
- A non-native integration between Shopify B2B and the CRM, built to stay performant, maintainable and cost-controlled. Opportunities, real orders and the state of the client base all tracked from one centralised environment.
- The result
- A clearer view of activity — sales, orders and the active client portfolio brought together. A CRM closer to operational reality, able to support growth without adding complexity to the organisation.
